Is shipping included in the product price?
Yes. Every price you see on our store includes free express shipping to any Australian address. The price at checkout is the final price. No surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery across Australia typically takes 5–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Will my order come in branded packaging?
Yes. Every ELT Sydney order ships in our signature branded packaging. It arrives looking premium — ideal whether you are buying for yourself or as a gift.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day performance guarantee on every product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@eltsydney.com within 30 days of delivery and we will process a full refund. No forms, no questions, no restocking fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. International shipping is a flat AUD $14.95 and takes 10–21 business days.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All ELT Sydney products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For electronic products, if you experience a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we will replace the item at no cost.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also email support@eltsydney.com with your order number at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@eltsydney.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes within 12 hours of the order being placed. Once dispatched, changes are not possible but returns are always accepted.
Are the products safe and quality tested?
Yes. Every product in the ELT Sydney range has been carefully selected and tested. We only carry products that solve a genuine, proven problem, have a real track record, and carry no meaningful safety risk when used as directed. All electronic products comply with Australian electrical safety standards.
