Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

How to Track

  1. Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email (also check your spam or junk folder)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email — this will take you directly to live tracking
  3. Alternatively, copy your tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia: 3–7 business days standard · 1–3 business days express
  • USA & Canada: 8–15 business days standard
  • United Kingdom: 8–14 business days standard
  • Europe: 10–18 business days standard
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days standard
  • Rest of World: 14–25 business days standard

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch, especially for international shipments. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please get in touch.
