ELT Sydney ships worldwide to 50+ countries. Every order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Fulfilment

ELT Sydney products are fulfilled from warehouses in Australia and internationally. The fulfilment location used for your order depends on your delivery address and current stock availability. This allows us to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $11 AUD
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — $15 AUD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

United States & Canada

  • Standard International: 8–15 business days — $20 AUD
  • Express International: 5–9 business days — available at checkout
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

United Kingdom

  • Standard International: 8–14 business days — $20 AUD
  • Express International: 5–8 business days — available at checkout
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Europe

  • Standard International: 10–18 business days — $20 AUD
  • Express International: 7–12 business days — available at checkout
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Asia Pacific

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days — $20 AUD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Rest of World

  • Standard International: 14–25 business days — $20 AUD
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to track your order, or visit our Track Order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

ELT Sydney is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about import duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

  • Include your order number and a description of the issue
  • For damaged items, please include photos

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Damaged or lost orders will be resent or refunded at no cost to you.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ELT Sydney is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@eltsydney.com.au — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
