At ELT SYDNEY, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

How to Return

• Email eltsydney.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition.
