3. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a return under our Return Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & GST

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices for customers in Australia are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices for international customers are exclusive of local taxes and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where fraud is suspected, or where pricing errors have occurred.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. ELT Sydney does not store your payment card details. All payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Our policies operate in addition to, and do not exclude or limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the ACL.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELT Sydney's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.

This limitation does not apply where it would be unlawful to do so, including in relation to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
